Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in original condition.
- Pack the goods in suitable packaging, preferably the one in which you received the product.
- Email sofiaalm@kansha.se where you inform that you want to make a return. We will get back with a QR code that you show at a Postnord agent.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund you. It may take up to 10 working days for your return to be registered. We deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount.
